OnePlus Nord 2 With Dimensity 1200 Launched in India: Price, Specifications

OnePlus launched OnePlus Nord 2 in India today. The new OnePlus smartphone replaces the original Nord has the company’s new mid-range offering in India. The smartphone comes in a blue haze, grey sierra, and green woods colours. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI system-on-chip, the Nord 2 5G comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. OnePlus Nord 2 Price in India

The OnePlus Nord 2 India price is set at Rs 27,999 for the base 6GB +128GB variant. There is also an 8GB + 128GB variant, priced at Rs 29,999. The 12GB + 256GB variant is launched in India for Rs 34,999. The phone comes in three colours – Blue Haze, Gray Sierra, and a special edition Green Wood colour option.

The 8GB RAM variant will go on sale starting July 28 via the OnePlus India online store, Amazon India, Vijay Sales and other retail partners. The other two storage options will go on sale in India in August 2021.

OnePlus Nord 2 Specifications

The One Plus Nord 2 features a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate.  It comes with HDR10+ certification and has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back. Under the hood, there is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

On the back, the phone has a triple-camera setup. It comes with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation support. The camera module also houses an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies, there is a 32MP front camera. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and comes with AI face unlock support. 

The device also comes with USB 2.0 Type-C, dual nano-SIM, dual stereo speaker and noise cancellation support. Coming to OnePlus Nord 2 battery, it is backed by a 4,500mAh unit supporting 65W fast charging technology by OnePlus, the Warp Charge 65.
