Realme Pad May Launch on September 9: Expected Specifications, Price

Earlier this month, Realme introduced the Realme GT 5G and Realme GT Master Edition 5G smartphones in the Indian market. At the same time, the company also revealed its first laptop called the Realme Book Slim in India and its home market of China. Now, the brand is planning to introduce its first tablet, which will be allegedly called the Realme Pad. The company was previously rumoured to debut the Realme Pad in Q3 2021. It looks like the launch date is just a few days away. According to tipster Abhishek Yadav and YouTuber Sahil Karoul, the Realme tablet will debut during the second week of September. Realme will launch its tablet on September 9.

Realme Pad Specifications, Price (expected)

Reports have revealed that the Realme Pad measures 246 x 156 x 6.8mm and it houses a 10.4-inch AMOLED panel. It is unclear which processor is present under the hood of the device, but it is speculated that it may ship with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in storage. It will have an aluminum unibody construction and come in shades of Grey and Gold. The tablet’s rear panel has a dual-tone finish, along with a straight line that goes through the single camera module. It does not come with an LED flash. We can expect the device to have at least full HD+ resolution and a high screen refresh rate of 90Hz or 120Hz.

The tablet may house a 7,100mAh battery, which could be coupled with the company’s fast charging technology. It will run on Android 11 and Realme UI. It may feature a front camera of 8-megapixel and a rear camera of 8-megapixel with autofocus support.

The frame on one side features the power button and two speakers, whereas the other side has a USB Type-C port and two more speakers. The tablet also has a small cutout at the bottom, which is likely to hold the stylus. The volume rocker is located on the frame, close to the camera module. 

There is a rumor that the company would bring the tablet in a 6GB+64GB configuration at least. Moreover, there is word from the company about pricing. But, it is expected to be around Rs. 30,000 in India.
