Samsung on Wednesday launched its affordable Galaxy A03s smartphone for Indian consumers that come in two storage options starting at Rs 11,499. The device was subject to multiple leaks from the last few weeks. The Galaxy A03s features a 6.5-inch TFT display that has HD+ 720×1600 pixels resolution. The device under the hood is powered by MediaTek’s octa-core Helio P35 chipset. The phone packs 3GB/4GB of RAM and is introduced in a 32GB/64GB storage configuration. Samsung Galaxy A03s comes in two variants — 3GB+32GB priced at Rs 11,499 and the 4GB+64GB priced at Rs 12,499. The smartphone can be purchased in blue, black, and white colour options. The smartphone will be available on all the leading online and offline stores in the country.
As part of the launch offers, the Samsung Galaxy A03s customers can get easy payment options via NBFC partners. Also, ICICI debit and credit cardholders can opt for financing from Samsung Finance+, Bajaj Finance, or TVS and can avail of cashback of Rs 1,000.

The device is equipped with a 6.5-inch Infinity-V display with HD + resolution and the processor MediaTek Helio P35. The chip is paired with 3/4GB RAM and 32/128GB ROM. The built-in storage can be expanded with microSD up to 1TB if desired. The phone runs on Android 11-based OneUI 3.1 Core out of the box. It has a 5,000mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy A03s has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 5MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, and USB Type-C port. It measures 164.2×75.9×9.1mm and weighs 196 grams. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
