Xiaomi has unveiled the new Mi Notebook Ultra and the Mi Notebook Pro at the Smarter Living 2022 event. The company announced a bunch of new products, including a new Mi TV 5X, Mi Band 6, and a few AIoT products. These are the companyâs premium laptops in the segment and will take on laptops from Lenovo, Dell, and even the latest Realme Book notebooks. They are powered by 11th Gen Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics and come in multiple configurations. Mi NoteBook Ultra, Mi NoteBook Pro: Price in India
The base variant of Mi Notebook Ultra with Core i5 chipset and 8GB of RAM is available for Rs 59,999. Whereas the one with the same chipset and 16GB RAM goes for Rs 63,999. Finally, the top-end model with a Core i7 chipset and 16GB RAM costs Rs 76,999.
On the other hand, the Mi Notebook Pro starts at Rs 56,999 for the Core i5 and 8GB RAM variant. The other model with 16GB RAM and an i5 core chipset is available for 59,999. And the final variant, with a Core i7 chipset and 16GB RAM, sells for Rs 72,999.
Both the Mi NoteBook Ultra and Mi NoteBook Pro will go on sale in India in Lustrous Grey colour starting August 31 via Mi.com, Amazon, and Mi Home stores, with retail outlets following soon. There will also be a cashback offer with HDFC Bank credit card and EMI transactions worth up to Rs. 4,500 off on Core i7 models and up to Rs. 3,500 off on Core i5 variants.
Mi NoteBook Ultra Specifications
The Mi Notebook Ultra features a 15.6-inch 3.2K display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 3,200 X 2000 pixels resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, 100 percent sRGB, 242 PPI, and 89.1 percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it carries up to an Intel Core i7-11370H CPU paired with Intel Iris Xe graphics. It comes with up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 3,200MHz and 512GB of NVMe SSD storage.
The laptop is equipped with dual heat pipes, a large fan, and 100 percent copper radiators, 2X2W speakers with DTS audio, a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, and a 70Whr battery that is rated to last up to 12 hours and has 65W fast charging support.
Connectivity options includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, a Thunderbolt 4 port, HDMI port, USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Two 2W speakers with DTS Audio processing handles the audio. The power button can also be used as a fingerprint scanner, and the backlit scissor keyboard has three brightness levels and 1.5mm of travel, and a 70Whr battery that is rated to last up to 12 hours and has 65W fast charging support. The Mi Notebook Ultra runs on Windows 10 Home out of the box and both the laptops can be upgraded to Windows 11 for free.
Mi NoteBook Pro Specifications
The Mi NoteBook Pro features a 14-inch 2.5K (2,560×1,600 pixels) display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 300 nits peak brightness, 100 percent sRGB coverage, TUV Rheinland low blue light certification, and DC dimming. It is powered by the 11th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors with Intel Iris Xe Graphics, up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, and 512GB NVMe SSD storage.
The Mi NoteBook Pro also features the same connectivity options and audio capabilities as the Mi NoteBook Ultra. It has a claimed 11-hour battery life thanks to its 56Whr battery. The laptop weighs just 1.4kg and is 17.3mm thick.
