Oppo has launched the Oppo A16e, a new low-cost smartphone in India. The phone is a downsized version of the previously available Oppo A16. The Oppo A16e is equipped with an Helio P22 SoC, 3/4GB of RAM, a 13MP primary rear camera, and other features. Oppo A16e Price in India, Availability
The Oppo A16e from Oppo arrives in two storage options, 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB in India. The phone is available in three colour options – Midnight Black, Blue, and White. The company has not disclosed the pricing of the smartphone yet.
However, MySmartPrice reported that the Oppo A16e was set to be priced at Rs 9,990 and Rs 11,990 in the country.
Oppo A16 Specifications
Oppo A16e features a 6.52-inch HD + IPS LCD panel with 720×1600 pixel resolution. This display comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The display panel has a waterdrop notch housing the selfie camera. The device comes preinstalled with the older Android 11 OS and ColorOS 11.1.
Under the hood, the Oppo A16e comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, along with up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The handset sports a single 13MP primary camera sensor with an f/2.2 lens aperture on the rear with a 5MP selfie shooter with an f/2.4 lens. A 4,230mAh battery powers the device. The phone has dimensions of 16475.47.8mm and weighs 175 grams.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
