Apple iPad Air Price and Availability
The new Apple iPad Air starts at $ 599 for the base variant with 64GB. The tablet will go on pre-order starting March 11 and will be available for purchase from March 18.
The Apple iPad Air (2022) comes in five colours – Space Grey, Pink, Purple, Blue, and Starlight.
Its price in India starts at Rs 54,900 for the base 64GB storage option. The 256GB storage option costs Rs 68900. (Wi-Fi only). The Cellular models cost Rs 68,900 (64GB) and Rs 82,900 (256GB) respectively. Its sale in India will begin on March 18.
Apple iPad Air Specifications
Apple iPad Air (2022) features a 10.9-inch (2360 x 1640 pixels) Liquid Retina display with 264 PPI pixel density, P3 wide color gamut, True Tone, and up to 500 nits of peak brightness. It also comes with an anti-reflective screen coating.
It comes in 64GB and 256GB storage variants. In terms of software, the tab runs on iPadOS 15 offering features like split view, quick note, and sharply. Under the hood, The Apple iPad Air 2022 is powered by an octa-core Apple M1 chip (four performance cores and four efficiency cores) paired with an Apple 8-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, and 8GB of RAM.
For video calls and conferences, the tablet comes with a 12MP front camera. At the back, the iPad Air comes with a 12MP wide-angle sensor that can record videos in up to 4K resolution. The new iPad Air also works with Apple Pencil, Smart Keyboard Folio, Smart Folio covers, and Magic Keyboard. Other features include Wi-Fi 6, eSIM support, and all-day battery life.
